API SwivelCheck

API’s SwivelCheck measures and calibrates machine tool rotary axes, swivel axes, tilt tables, and pendulum axes, and is the only tool that can be mounted off-center of the rotating axis to measure swivel axes and trunnions without disassembling critical machine-tool components. It uses a servo-driven motor with an electronic level and precision rotary encoder to measure multiple parameters in a single setup, operating in automated or manual modes with included software for control, data acquisition, and reporting. Now 70% smaller and lighter than previous versions at just 1.88 lbs, it features an embedded controller, Wi-Fi connectivity, and 8-10 hours of battery-powered continuous use. When paired with the API XD Laser, SwivelCheck can also measure table wobble on horizontal rotary tables.
