API Ballbar

API’s wireless Ballbar easily measures CNC machine performance to predict and diagnose servo errors and path deviations, offering a simple, cost-effective solution to improve overall machining quality and reduce costs. It connects wirelessly via Bluetooth to the API VeriComp Software and is capable of measuring lathes or CNC machines at any sweep angle within a 360° circular path to identify servo and mechanical errors.
