API’s ProGAGE Scanning and Inspection Arm is the pinnacle of scanning and probing accuracy in the GAGE series. Available in a range of sizes from 1.5m to 4.5m, ProGAGE is capable of hitting tolerances as tight as 0.012mm, ensuring product quality where it matters most. It shares the series’ core strengths – internal counterbalance for stability, dual high-performance batteries for 10+ hours of continuous use, an aerodynamic equi-arm design, and high-speed WiFi for rapid data transfer – while delivering the highest achievable precision of the three models. Non-contact scanning accuracy reaches 0.038mm at 2.0m range (HD), making it the preferred choice for the most demanding aerospace, automotive, and precision manufacturing inspection tasks.
