Description
API’s PlusGAGE Scanning and Inspection Arm is the all-in-one tool that can handle any inspection task for any industry, at any position in the factory. It transmits dense scan data quickly over Wi-Fi for faster reporting and reduced downtime, making it well suited to busy production environments. PlusGAGE combines an internal counterbalance mechanism, dual high-performance batteries for 10+ hours of operation, and an aerodynamic equi-arm design for a streamlined footprint with maximum functionality. It delivers significantly tighter accuracy than CoreGAGE, with non-contact scanning accuracy as fine as 0.040mm at 2.0m range (HD) and contact measurement accuracy down to 0.020mm. Built from aerospace-grade carbon-fiber, it remains lightweight and fully portable for aerospace, automotive, and manufacturing applications.
